Problem connecting to Greenplum from SSAS

Hi All,

I am working on a project and use SSAS for Analysis Service.
I tried to connect to Greenplum from SSAS using PGNP OLEDB driver, but failed.

When trying to create a new connection from our OLAP server (SSAS - SQL Server Analysis Service) to Greenplum,
I got the following error message (see attached).

Is there anyone got similar problem? Any prompt suggestion will be appreciated

This could be caused by the firewall. Could you disable the firewall temporarily and see if connection works?

Could you check that pg_hba.conf contains entries to accept remote connections from IPv4 and IPv6 addresses?

Please read Greenplum logs to see if connection attempt was made and why it was rejected.

Please also double check the connection parameters.
