Could you run PGNProfiler.exe as Administrator (it is a module of PGNP)? Please select "localhost" on the left and see what are the error messages in the trace window.
Please send us the table schema and test package. Are you using MySQL OLEDB Provider? Have you tried to use SQL Server source?

Sorry , please ignore this stupid bug report. I just inherited a package from a previous developer which consolidates data from SQL2005 and PostGres into a MySQL database. The problem is not with the PostGres driver, its with MySQL. I cannot see the wood for the trees today. Apologies! (I'll chase up with the MySQL people).
