When trying to write data to a boolean column using an ADO .NET destination with the PGNP driver, errors occur.
(Provider=PGNP.1;Data Source=localhost;Persist Security Info=True;Password=**********;User ID=********;Initial Catalog=*********;Extended Properties="COMMAND_TIMEOUT=0;SQLSERVER=2008;SSL=allow;BULK_INSERT=1000000;")
The error occurring is:
Error: 0xC020844B at Institutions Organisaties, ADO NET Destination : An exception has occurred during data insertion, the message returned from the provider is:
ERROR: column "actief" is of type boolean but expression is of type integer LINE 1: ...("dtype","actief","schema","naam","id") VALUES($1,$2,$3,$4,$...
HINT: You will need to rewrite or cast the expression.
This column is added manually in a Derived Column block like this: (DT_BOOL)TRUE.
An OLEDB destination to the same database and table does not give this error.
Perhaps someone can look into this?
