Amazon RedShift was created by bobwhitley
Does the OLEDB driver work with Amazon Web Service's RedShift data warehouse? I've tried connecting to it by creating a UDL with no luck. I can connect with ODBC, JDBC and the psql command prompt but can't get OLEDB to connect. Ideally I'd like to set up RedShift as a linked server in SQL 2012 but I can't even get it to work in a UDL file. Anyone one had any luck with this?

We did not test the PGNP provider with ResShift. If it is based on a Postgres clone, then most likely our product will work with it.

We have completed development and testing of the OLEDB Provider for Redshift. Trial build is available on the Download page ([url:1luhza43]http://www.pgoledb.com/index.php?option=com_filecabinet&view=files&id=1&Itemid=68[/url:1luhza43]).

The Provider uses Amazon S3 storage for fast loading of data into Redshift. Please refer to Developer's Manual for details.
