SQL Server transactional replication was created by tvlastnik
We are using SQL Server 2014 SP2 with transactional replication to Postgres 13. Every time there is a server restart or a connection is lost etc. a new snapshot is applied. We have tried version 3590 and 3612 with the same results.
How can it get it to not apply the snapshot every time their is a communication blip or when the SQL Server is restarted?

Please try some previous builds of the PGNP provider (e.g. 3542, 3556) since it is known that the scenario worked with older build. We are working on locating the recent changes that resulted in this issue.
